Are We About to Enter a New Phase?

It pains me to write this, but I must. I have promised never to sugar coat what I see. I believe we are about to enter a new phase, and we should all fear it. Here is what and why:

The invoking of an “economic emergency” (that btw does not exist except what they created) they not only got the ability to impose tariffs without congressional approval but also 130 other powers, including the ability to shut down the internet and wireless media.

They rendered over 100 men into a foreign run concentration camp. The public issue is over one man, ADMITTEDLY (by them) innocent! A judge has ordered the release and return of that man. They have appealed to SCOTUS. I believe this is merely pro forma and will end in one of two ways.

In one case, the SCOTUS, already 90% compromised, rules in their favor, AGAINST black letter constitutional law and against one of its pillars— due process. If the feckless court takes this route, they will crow that they DID NOT break the law, when it is clear to a school child that it is the SCOTUS itself that is now officially FUBAR.

In the second case, in a rare case of judicial prudence, they rule against the regime. At which point the regime unmasks itself entirely by ignoring the ruling of the Supreme Court.

Of course, in fact, the law demands due process for all those rendered into the foreign concentration camp.

Next item— now that they have the false economic emergency powers, they will go for the prize— the insurrection act. The date for this is April 20. This, also under false pretenses, is the pathway to marshal law.

This has been the goal all along, to move that pesky constitution out of the way.

They will claim that our peaceful protests are crimes against the state. Remember a few days ago when our feeds were flooded with safety instructions for protests? None of which were needed?

After we reach this phase, even those precautions will not be enough to safely avail ourselves of our constitutional right to protest. It will become exceedingly dangerous. What is to keep them from getting ICE to scoop up EVERYONE and rendering us all to El Salvador?

Do any of you see a different path? If I am correct, what happens next? How do we rid ourselves of this regime when their replay of the NAZI handbook is complete?
